In my illustrations for “Copilărie, numele tău e Roșu” by Luminița Răuț, I explore the enchanting essence of childhood and the magical bonds that linger into adulthood. Through the character of Roșu, a special companion for young Karina, I depict the wonder and curiosity that accompany new discoveries. As Roșu journeys from Lapland, I illustrate his amazement as he explores his new home, from the cozy house to the lively city. The illustrations evoke nostalgic feelings of childhood adventures, reminding readers of the cherished memories and friendships that shape our lives.
